# 7.2. Hướng dẫn xử lý hỗ trợ học viên dừng học, bảo lưu, hoàn học phí

## **Hỗ trợ học viên dừng học**

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Trung tâm trợ giúp" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách yêu cầu  từ học viên trên hệ thống.

**Bước 2**: Chọn yêu cầu cần xử lý để xem chi tiết nội dung.

**Bước 3**: Chọn hình thức phê duyệt, nội dung phản hồi và file đính kèm (nếu có), sau đó click "Lưu" để hoàn thành thao tác.

## Hỗ trợ học viên bảo lưu

**Bước 1**: Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Trung tâm trợ giúp" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách yêu cầu  từ học viên trên hệ thống.

**Bước 2**: Chọn yêu cầu cần xử lý để xem chi tiết nội dung.

**Bước 3**: Chọn hình thức phê duyệt, nội dung phản hồi và file đính kèm (nếu có), sau đó click "Lưu" để hoàn thành thao tác.

Quản trị viên/giảng viên có thể tích chọn nhiều yêu cầu để phản hồi cho học viên.&#x20;
