# 5.6. Hướng dẫn thêm tài liệu

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, giảng viên click "Đào tạo → Tài liệu" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách tài liệu trên hệ thống.

**Bước 2:** Giảng viên click "Thêm mới" sẽ hiển thị màn hình thêm mới tài liệu.

* Tài liệu là video

Nhập tên tài liệu, chọn danh mục tài liệu (nếu có) và tải file video từ thiết bị, sau đó click "Xác nhận" để lưu thông tin.

* Tài liệu là link youtube&#x20;

Nhập tên tài liệu, chọn danh mục tài liệu (nếu có) và gắn link youtube, sau đó click "Xác nhận" để lưu thông tin.

* Tài liệu dạng file đính kèm (PDF, Word, Ảnh...)

Nhập tên tài liệu, chọn danh mục tài liệu (nếu có) và tải file tài liệu, sau đó click "Xác nhận" để lưu thông tin.

#### Một số thao tác với danh sách danh mục tài liệu

&#x20;      \- Tìm kiếm tài liệu theo tên, danh mục, loại tài liệu (1).

&#x20;      \- Sửa tài liệu: tại cột Hành động, click (2) để thay đổi thông tin, tiếp tục click "Lưu" để lưu thông tin thay đổi.

&#x20;      \- Xóa tài liệu: tại cột Hành động, click (3) sẽ hiển thị popup xác nhận xóa tài liệu, tiếp tục "Xóa" để xác nhận xóa danh mục tài liệu.

&#x20;      \- Tải tài liệu: tại cột Hành động, click (4) để tải tài liệu về thiết bị.
