# 3.8. Hướng dẫn theo dõi và xử lý công nợ

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tài chính  → Học phí" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách học phí của học viên.

**Bước 2:** Quản lý/giảng viên chọn trạng thái Chưa hoàn thành sẽ hiển thị danh sách học viên còn nợ học phí.&#x20;

&#x20;**Bước 3:** Click biểu tượng ba chấm ở cột Hành động, sau đó chọn hình thức nhắc nhở học viên thanh toán hoặc chuyển khoản nợ thành nợ xấu.
