# 3.7. Hướng dẫn theo dõi chuyển phí

Trường hợp trường học/trung tâm thực hiện phương án chuyển phí sang khóa học khác thì sẽ theo dõi tại menu Chuyển phí.

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tài chính  → Chuyển phí" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách chuyển phí.

Tại đây, quản lý tìm kiếm thông tin học viên qua các tiêu chí: Họ tên, SĐT, Email, Lý do chuyển phí và thời gian (1)

Hoặc quản lý click "Xuất file" để tải file excel dữ liệu danh sách học viên chuyển phí về thiết bị (2).
