# 3.5. Hướng dẫn ghi nhận doanh thu

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tài chính  → Phiếu thu" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách phiếu thu của học viên.

## Xác nhận phiếu thu&#x20;

Đối với những phiếu thu ở trạng thái Chờ xác nhận, quản lý click biểu tượng xác nhận ở cột Hành động để xác nhận phiếu thu đúng và ghi nhận vào doanh thu.

Quản lý click biểu tượng xem ở cột Hành động để xem chi tiết phiếu thu.

## Tải phiếu thu

Quản lý click biểu tượng ba chấm và chọn Tải phiếu thu ở cột Hành động để tải phiếu thu về thiết bị.

## Hủy phiếu thu

Đối với phiếu thu ở trạng thái Chờ xác nhận, quản lý click biểu tượng ba chấm và chọn Hủy phiếu thu đối với phiếu thu bị sai thông tin.

Quản lý chọn lý do hủy, sau đó click "Xác nhận" để hoàn thành thao tác.

## Tìm kiếm phiếu thu

Quản lý tìm kiếm phiếu thu theo các tiêu chí gồm: mã phiếu thu, họ tên, sdt người nộp, trạng thái, chi nhánh
