# 3.4. Hướng dẫn tạo phiếu thu và xem danh sách phiếu thu

## Cách 1: Tạo phiếu thu từ menu Học phí

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tài chính  → Học phí" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách học phí trên hệ thống.

**Bước 2**: Tại mã học phí môn học mà học viên nộp tiền, click biểu tượng Phiếu thu ở cột Hành động sẽ hiển thị màn hình thêm mới phiếu thu của mã học phí.

**Bước 4:** Nhập số tiền nộp, sau đó click "Lưu" để lưu thông tin.

## Cách 2: Tạo phiếu thu từ menu Phiếu thu

**Bước 1**: Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tài chính  → Phiếu thu" sẽ hiển thị màn hình danh sách phiếu thu của học viên.

**Bước 2**: Click "Thêm mới" sẽ hiển thị màn hình thêm mới phiếu thu.

Nhâp đầy đủ thông tin bắt buộc gồm:

* Thông tin phiếu thu: Tìm kiếm họ tên học viên
* Thông tin nộp phí: Chọn hình thức thanh toán, số tiền nộp

Sau đó click "Lưu" để lưu phiếu thu vừa tạo.
