# 2.3. Hướng dẫn thêm học viên tiềm năng

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, quản lý click "Tuyển sinh  → Học viên tiềm năng" sẽ hiển thị danh sách học viên tiềm năng.

**Bước 2**: Thêm mới học viên bằng 1 trong 2 cách.

## Thêm học viên thủ công <a href="#them-thu-cong" id="them-thu-cong"></a>

Quản lý click "Thêm mới" sẽ hiển thị màn hình thêm mới học viên tiềm năng.

### **Thông tin cá nhân**

Nhập đầy đủ thông tin bắt buộc gồm:

* Họ tên học viên
* Email
* Số điện thoại

Sau đó click "Lưu" để lưu thông tin học viên.

### **Nhu cầu học tập**

Quản lý click "Thêm mới", và nhập đầy đủ nhu cầu học của học viên, sau đó click "Lưu" để lưu thông tin.

## Thêm học viên từ file excel <a href="#them-tu-file-excel" id="them-tu-file-excel"></a>

* Quản lý click "Import học viên" sẽ hiển thị popup tải lên danh sách học viên.

* Click "Tải file mẫu tại đây" nếu chưa có file danh sách.
* Click "Nhấn để tải lên" nếu đã có file danh sách, tiếp tục chọn file sau đó click "Tải lên".

File danh sách học viên gồm đầy đủ thông tin: tên học viên, email, số điện thoại.&#x20;

Ngoài ra, với thông tin ở cột: Tỉnh/Thành phố Quận/Huyện Nguồn khách hàng/Kênh liên hệ/Chương trình học/Môn học nếu đã tạo dữ liệu trên hệ thống thì chọn ở sheet Drop list data.&#x20;

## ***Một vài thao tác với danh sách học viên tiềm năng***

* Quản lý click biểu tượng sửa/xóa ở cột Hành động để sửa/xóa học viên tiềm năng.
* Quản lý tìm kiếm học viên tiềm năng theo tên, kế hoạch, trạng thái và thời gian.
* Quản lý click "Xuất file" để tải file excel danh sách học viên tiềm năng về thiết bị.
