# 1.3. Hướng dẫn thêm cơ cấu tổ chức

**Bước 1**: Truy cập website quản lý dạng subdomain.truonghoc247.vn và đăng nhập. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, màn hình chuyển đến giao diện dashboard.

Tại cột menu bên trái, Quản lý click "Thiết lập → Cơ cấu tổ chức" sẽ hiển thị thông tin đơn vị.

**Bước 2:**&#x20;

## Thêm cơ cấu tổ chức

Click "Thêm mới" sẽ hiển thị màn thêm mới nhân sự.&#x20;

Quản lý nhập thông tin gồm:

* Nhập tên cơ cấu tổ chức
* Chọn cơ cấu tổ chức cha (nếu có)
* Chọn nhóm quyền
* Chọn trạng thái hoạt động

Nếu chưa có nhóm quyền phù hợp, quản lý click " Thêm nhóm quyền" để bổ sung nhóm quyền mới.

Quản lý nhập tên nhóm quyền, chọn trạng thái hoạt động và quyền tương ứng, sau đó click "Lưu" để lưu nhóm quyền mới tạo.

Sau khi nhập đủ thông tin nhập sự, quản lý click "Lưu" để lưu thông tin.

* Click (1) để sửa thông tin cơ cấu tổ chức.
* Click (2) để xóa thông tin cơ cấu tổ chức.
